We will accept written or telephone Purchase Orders from Public and Private Schools, Colleges and Military Organizations. Please put us on your school bid list. Minimum order is $50.00. Applicable shipping will be charged.

INSTRUMENT ORDERS
There is a $15.00 shipping/ insurance charge on all instruments except saxophones, bassoons and bass clarinets for which there is an additional charge. We also warranty each instrument for one year, therefore, insuring each customer 100% satisfaction. (This warranty becomes void if any other repair shop besides Weiner Music works on the instrument). Please add applicable sales tax. There is a $5.00 restocking fee per instruments & $20.00 for instruments valued over $3000.00. There is no reimbursement of shipping charges.

MOUTHPIECE TRIAL POLICY
- A maximum of 6 mouthpieces may be ordered for a 30 day trial period.
- The trial period begins with the date printed on the invoice.
- Mouthpieces on trial are not backordered. Mouthpieces must be tried with mouthpiece cushion, tape on the beak and with a material ligature such as BG or Rovner. Make sure that the logo is covered with masking tape.
- You will get a full refund minus a $3.00 handling charge and a $3.50 cleaning sterilizing charge per mouthpiece returned.
- There is an additional $5.00 handling charge when no mouthpieces are purchased.
- Only one mouthpiece trial per month.
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable for any reason.
- You will be charged actual shipping & handling plus insurance.
Under no circumstances will we accept return mouthpieces if: - Mouthpiece is not in the original packaging.
- It has teeth marks
- Ligature scratches
- Other surface damages
- For mouthpieces valued over $200.00 there is an additional
$7.50 mouthpiece return fee per mouthpiece, $5.00 per sax neck and
$2.00 per bell.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY
NO RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
- You must write Inv # in the outside of the box.
- Each return must have a copy of the original invoice to receive a refund.
- You must get authorization to return any item after the 30 day trial period
- You must insure returned package.
- If items are returned for any reason, the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please allow 3 weeks for return merchandise to be processed and credited.
FEES: - There is a $3.00 charge on all complete orders returned.
- When exchanging merchandise please include $3.00 for handling.
- To keep our prices low, no credit slips will be sent. If credit slip is requested, there will be a $3.00 fee.
- If your return item and your order remaining items fall bellow $55.55 you will be responsibly for initial shipping.
- There is a $2.00 charge per return barrel for cleaning.
- There is a $5.00 restocking fee per instruments. $20.00 for instruments valued over $3000.00.
- There is no reimbursement for shipping charges.
- $2.00 charge when invoice does not accompany returned merchandise.
- Returns after the 30 day trial period and it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- A 15% restocking fee is applied to return shipments from our carrier due to refused package or undeliverable address. Orders shipped for free, will also be charged back at the time of return.
- For mouthpieces valued over $200.00 there is an additional
$7.50 mouthpiece return fee per mouthpiece.
Take half the time,
pay half the fine.
We will deduct 50% off our return policy fees if you return your item within 15 days from the original invoice date.
WE DO NOT:
- Accept C.O.D shipments
- Give refunds on open boxes of reeds or cd¦s, books or music, sheet music, videos, MM1, disposable cleaning supplies.
- Accept returned items if not in the original packaging and you will be charged for the merchandise additional shipping.
- Exchange open boxes of reeds.
- Refund or exchange after the 30 days of invoice date.
