How does the UDT-SEAL Store give back to the NSW Community?

All net profits are given to the UDT-SEAL Association annually where funds are used to give scholarships, fund morale events, and support the Navy SEAL community directly.

Will I find the same selection of merchandise online as I would in The UDT-SEAL Store stores?

Pretty much. Most products sold in our stores can be found on our site. If you've seen an item in one of our stores but can't find it at The UDT-SEAL Store Online, please call 1.866.UDT.SEAL and we will be happy to assist you.

What is The UDT-SEAL Store's pricing policy?

We try very hard to keep our pricing consistent, whether you're shopping online or in our stores. Occasionally, our pricing may reflect slight differences due to special promotions. Please feel free to e-mail The UDT-SEAL Store customer service or call 1.866.UDT.SEAL anytime, if you have any questions concerning our pricing policy.

Does The UDT-SEAL Store offer price adjustments on online purchases?

The UDT-SEAL Store offers price adjustments if a price is reduced within 14 days of the invoice date. To obtain an adjustment of an online purchase, please e-mail The UDT-SEAL Store customer service or call 1.866.UDT.SEAL within the 14 day window. Once an adjustment has been made, we will either credit the original credit card used for your purchase or issue a refund check, according to your original payment method.

Credit Card Safeguard

Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?

Yes. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a fancy way of saying that it's a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website's servers. Click here for more information.

How can I check to make sure my connection is secure?

Look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

What if I can't access the secure server?

If you can't access the secure server for any reason, please place your order by phone at 1.866.UDT.SEAL.

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you won't be able to connect to the server and therefore won't be able to place an order through an insecure connection.

Checkout

How do I place an order?

When you're done shopping, click "checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag before proceeding to checkout.

During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes
Your credit card billing address.
The address(es) you want to ship to.
Your preferred shipping method (for shipping information, click here.)
Your credit card type, number and expiration date.

Can I change my order during checkout?

Yes. The "final review" page lists your order information and gives you a last chance to make any changes. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "submit order."

How can I be sure my order has been received?

When you enter your credit card information and click "submit order" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we've charged your credit card.

Are there other ways to place my order?

Yes, if you prefer not to order online or need special delivery arrangements, you may call us with your information at 1.866.UDT.SEAL. You can also fax your completed order form to us at 1.757.363.7491.

What if I don't have any of those?

Don't worry. You can place an order using a check. Please do not send cash.

When will my credit card account be charged?

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Sales Tax

How is sales tax calculated for my order?

It is very important that your order is processed correctly. We honor each state's guidelines concerning sales and use tax, which is determined by the destination address of your shipment. We are required to collect tax in Virginia.
We are also required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges in Virginia.

Multiple shipments

We'll be happy to ship items from one order to up to three different addresses within the United States. There is an additional $2.00 shipping and handling charge for standard shipping to each additional address. When adding an item to your shopping bag, select the recipient's name from the "ship to" menu. (Select "other" to add a new name to the list.) Enter separate addresses, shipping information and gift requests for each item during checkout. If your order requires express delivery, the additional $10.00 express shipping charge will also be applied to each extra address.

Does The UDT-SEAL Store ship to international addresses?

At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

Order Status and Tracking

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
The second confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours following authorization of your credit card and verification of your information.

What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?

Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll e-mail you with a backorder notification, which tells when you can expect to receive the item. If we are permanently out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation. Please call 1.866.UDT.SEAL anytime with any questions about out-of-stock items.

Returns and Exchanges

What is The UDT-SEAL Store's return and exchange policy?

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. We'll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too. The UDT-SEAL Store Online offers several convenient ways to return and exchange merchandise:

You can always return merchandise purchased online to a The UDT-SEAL Store store. Just bring your original invoice, photo ID and the credit card you used to place the order.


Mail it in

For returns: Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice or store receipt, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

For exchanges: Include the invoice along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail and indicate the item you wish to exchange along with the new item number. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

Things to keep in mind...

Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If the original payment was a check, money order, merchandise certificate or gift certificate, you will receive a refund check in the mail.

Store return policy

Returns With An Original Receipt:

A full refund in the original form of payment will be issued for unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise.
For items purchased with a check processed as a paper check or via *e-check, an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), a mail check will be issued. Note: e-check does not draw funds instantaneously. The time required varies depending on your financial institution.
Valid identification is required for all returns and exchanges.

Returns Without An Original Receipt:

A merchandise exchange or merchandise certificate will be offered for unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise at the current selling price.
Merchandise certificates of $5.00 or more will be issued by mail.
Merchandise certificates are non-transferable.
Valid identification is required for all returns, exchanges and to receive and redeem merchandise certificates.

The UDT-SEAL Store accepts your check by utilizing an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system. In the event that the EFT or draft is returned unpaid (or, if a paper check is accepted, and the check is returned for any reason), there will be a return fee, as permitted by State or Federal law, of $20 or more (which may include fees, collection costs and applicable state taxes). This fee may be presented to your bank electronically or submitted via a paper draft.
